Community AMA Recap

Yesterday, we held our monthly Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with the TPT community. For those who couldn't attend, here's a comprehensive recap of the questions answered by our development team.
Project Development
Q: What's the current focus of the development team?
A: Our primary focus is on expanding the utility of TPT within our ecosystem. We're developing a marketplace where TPT can be used for various services and products, both digital and physical. Additionally, we're enhancing our staking mechanism to provide more flexible options for our users.
Q: Are there any plans to migrate to another blockchain?
A: We remain committed to Solana due to its speed, low transaction costs, and growing ecosystem. However, we're exploring cross-chain functionality to make TPT accessible on other major blockchains through bridges and wrapped tokens.
Tokenomics & Market
Q: Will there be any token burns in the future?
A: Yes, we're implementing a quarterly burn mechanism starting next quarter. A percentage of transaction fees will be used to buy back and burn TPT, reducing the total supply over time and potentially increasing value for holders.
Q: What strategies are you implementing to increase TPT's market value?
A: We're focusing on three key areas: expanding utility, increasing visibility through strategic partnerships and marketing, and ensuring sustainable tokenomics. Our recent exchange listing is part of this strategy, and we have several major announcements planned for the coming months.
Partnerships & Expansion
Q: Can you share any information about upcoming partnerships?
A: While we can't disclose specific names yet, we're in advanced discussions with several DeFi protocols for integration, a major e-commerce platform for TPT payment acceptance, and a well-known charity organization for a collaborative fundraising initiative.
Q: Are there plans to expand the team?
A: Absolutely. We're currently hiring for several positions, including smart contract developers, marketing specialists, and community managers. We expect to grow our team by 40% by the end of the year to support our ambitious roadmap.
Community & Governance
Q: How will the DAO governance evolve over time?
A: We're working on a more sophisticated governance model that will allow for different types of proposals and voting mechanisms. This will include tiered voting power based on staking duration and amount, specialized committees for different aspects of the project, and more transparent execution of approved proposals.
Q: What community events can we expect in the near future?
A: We're planning a virtual TPT Summit for August, regional meetups in major cities starting in September, and a hackathon focused on building applications that utilize TPT in innovative ways.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the AMA! We appreciate your thoughtful questions and continued support. The next AMA session is scheduled for June 5th, 2025.
